About the Study
This group is relaxed and family friendly. We meet at church on Wednesday evenings where the kids can go off and enjoy AWANA or NGF.
Each Wednesday evening, beginning at 7:00 PM, we gather to meditate collectively on a passage of Scripture. For an hour’s time, Rev. Phil Grimmette leads an inductive study of a few verses, helping attendees to parse out meanings and applications from the passage. We ask three primary questions of the text during our study:
- What does it say?
- What does it mean?
- What does it mean for me?
Our Wednesday evening Bible Studies are known for their searching practical insight and their rich sense of community. Through them, we learn to study the Bible together and conform our character to its holy design. In addition to learning about the scriptures, laughter is often present and the atmosphere is one in which people can openly ask their questions and share their opinions. We would really love to have you join us. Being a part of Bible Study will give you the opportunity to meet individuals who will encourage and support you in the Christian journey.
